ODEDA LG CHAIRMAN, ADEYEMO CONSTRUCTS LOCK- UP SHOPS AT KILA MARKET

26th of May, 2023 was another  significant point of development in the history of Odeda Local Government under the led administration of Hon. chairman of the Local Government, Mrs. Waliat Folasade Adeyemo who built twenty (20) lock-up shops at Kila  Market in Odeda Local Govt.

The project was commissioned by the Hon. Commissioner for the Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Ganiu Hamzat ably represented by the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry, Dr Rotimi Olu Akinlesi. In his keynote address at the event,he sincerely appreciated the Executive Governor of Ogun State for his unflinching supports given to the Local Governments in the state. He also commended the council boss  and her cabinet  for numerous projects executed across the 10 wards in the LG.
Meanwhile, the council chairman in her address delivered at the commissioning appreciated the Executive Governor of the State, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun,mfr, for his giant strides and his Mantra ...."building our future together".....   which no doubt has ushered in unprecedented development in the state, making Ogun State an enviable destination of choice to investors in the committee of States in the nation.

Both Chief Badmus Salau Idowu who is the current party chairman in the ward and Alh. Tajudeen Lamidi(one of the party leaders at the event)in their goodwill messages appreciated the chairman for the construction of these lock up shops. 

The Leader of the Legislative Council, Hon. Nosiru Yaya Adigun while giving votes of thanks on behalf of good people of Odeda L G appreciated everybody present at the event. He equally implored the traders to make proper used of the shops.

The pupils of Saint Andrew Primary School, Kila entertained the gathering through their cultural dance.

In attendance were the political functionaries, party leaders, religious leader, trades across the Local Government, and carrier staff.
