EMERGENCE OF NEW OLOFIN OF ISHERI, A PRODUCT OF ONENESS OF PURPOSE - Hon. Kikelomo Delano

The Executive Chairman, Ifo Local Government has described the emergence of the newly installed Olofin of Isheri, His Royal Highness, Oba Bamgbade Sulaimon Adekunle, as a product of oneness

between every stakeholder and the entire people of Isheri Olofin.

Council Boss, Hon. Kikelomo made the declaration at the installation and hand over of certificate and staff office to the new monarch assessed by the Executive Governor of Ogun State, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR represented by the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Morouf Afolabi Afuape, held at the OPIC Event Center, Isheri, Ogun State.

While thanking the Governor for his speedy approval of the investiture of the monarch, she enjoined indigines and residents of the Community to leave in love, peace and harmony with the new King as this would bring rapid developments to his domain.

Hon. Afuape, while delivering the Governors good will message at the event expressed the Governor's appreciation to Isheri Olofin Kingmakers, Egba Traditional Council and  other ruling houses in the community for ensuring smooth selection process that gave birth to the enthronement of the new king

The 20th Olofin of Isheri, His Royal Highness, Oba Bamgbade Sulaimon Adekunle, in his acceptance speech called on indigines of the kingdom, both home and diaspora to unite more now than ever, to raise  the socio-economic fortunes of the land to enviable standard.

The new monarch, while appreciating the Governor, Executive Chairman of the Local Government, the Ooni of Ife, Alake of Egbaland and other prominent traditional rulers and individuals that graced the occasion, used the opportunity to appeal to the state government to assist in ameliorating the deplorable condition of roads within and around Isheri Olofin kingdom.
