The Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government, Amb. Adesina 'Lanre Ogunsola FCPA will commence an inspection of all markets such in the council area.
This inspection is based on stern warning from His Excellency Prince Dr.Dapo Abiodun CON on the arrest and prosecution of any indiscriminate dumping of refuse in the streets or market centers.
The Chairman will therefore start the inspection to Mowe Market on Thursday 11th December, during their regular environmental sanitation, while a meeting will be held with the market leaders during the period.
This inspection is aimed at improving the environmental sanitation and the condition of the market as well as getting ready for a clean environment towards the coming festive periods.
