The All Progressive Congress (APC) Chairmanship Candidate at Obafemi Owode Local Government, Amb. Ogunsola 'Lanre Adesina FCPA, has ended the weeks long campaign rallies today Tuesday November 4, 2024 at EBUTE Akoka, Ibafo in Obafemi-Owode Local Government, he entreated for votes from the dwellers for more dividends.
Amb. Ogunsola, APC Chairmanship Candidate rounded off his ward-to-ward re-election campaign across the 12 Ward in the LG, expressing his gratitude to residents most expecially, Ofada,, Mowe, Ibafo and other Wards in the LG for their overwhelming support during the rallies. He urged the electorates to come out en masse in November 16, 2024 to vote for the APC.
Speaking at the grand finale of the campaign, Hon. Mustapha A.K.A Eruobodo.charged the residents in the LG not to entertain fair during the electioneering period, he stated that APC in the LG has been able to surpass his achievements in his first tenure and called on the people to ignore any trading words that may sound confusing from the opposition party but vote APC for more better dividends of democracy.in the Area.
The Community Development Community (CDC) in the Local Government headed by Engr. Adeleke on behalf of the Executives appreciated the leadership of APC in the LGA and the APC Chairmanship Candidate who was an immediate Executive.Chairman of the LG that, in his first tenure, he ensured dividends of democracy at EBUTE AKOKA which birth for the construction of primary school in the area and as Oliver twist, he begged the Chairmanship Candidate, if elected, to construct roads in the area.
Chief Folorunso Balogun, the Baale Ibafo thanked all the leaders in APC for deeming it fit to choose Ebute Akoka Ojora as the grand finale for the campaign rallies. Solicited on behalf of the Baale before the Chairmanship candidate that, if elected, however enlisted needed amenities in the town range from link road and bridge at Fasin Balogun street, Ireti Ogo link bridge to catholic street, Solar street light from police station to Ebute Ojora, Health and maternity center etc. While finally requested for the upgrade of the Baale to Obaship to Olu of Ebute Ojora
