All Progressives Congress, APC, Obafemi Owode Local Government Owode Egba, on Wednesday,11th of January, inaugurated a 243- member campaign Council to bring forth the 2023 general elections for the party’s candidates in the Local Government Area and State respectively with the mission to ensure victory at the 2023 Elections Polls for the party’s candidates in the LGA.
The Executive Chairman of the LG, Ambassador Ogunsola Adesina Lanre who charged the Council to secure at least 80 percent votes for all APC Candidates range from Presidential Election to Ogun State House of Assembly, fundamentally advised the Council to propagate the good deeds of the Candidates and Governor Dapo Abiodun's Administration to residents in Ogun State for his re-election bid in 2023.
In their serial advice, former Ogun State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun and erstwhile OOLG Chairman, Engr. Babatunde Adesina said with unflinching commitment and steady exertion, the Council should be able to focus on issues that would add value to the success of the party in 2023 Elections. Further restated to the Council to bring success and victory to the Party, APC.
The Council is headed by the Local Government Chairman. Other party chieftains in attendance were: Chief Kola Sorinola; former Ogun State Commissioner on Special Duty,
Hon. Fatai Mustapha; OOLG Governor Liason Officer, Pa Ebenezer Sotomi, Hon. Mutair Ajayi; former OOLG Chairman
Hon Dele Erisan; former OGHA member and Chief Idowu Olude; OOLG APC Party Chairman.
