SHOMIDE EXTENDS WARMEST WISHES TO MUSLIMS IN ASLG

The Chairman Transition Committee; Abeokuta South Local Government, Hon. Ayodeji Michael Shomide has extended his greetings to the dwellers in Abeokuta South Local Government for the festive breaking celebration, urged the Muslims to use the period of Eid Al Fitr to pray for Nigeria.

He congratulated and rejoiced with the entire Muslim Brothers and Sisters in ASLG for the successful completion of one of the pillars of Islam (i.e Fasting in the Month of Ramadan)

The Chairman, also called on the people of ASLG to continue to place forgiveness, Love, Tolerance and peaceful coexistence at the top of their priorities.

He, however stressed the need for the citizenry to maintain total adherent to all imposed health protocols to aid government at all levels in their fight to end COVID-19 in Ogun State and Nigeria entirely.

He wished them Allah's guidance and blessings, beseeched the Muslims Ummau to continue to pray for peace, progress and development of the State and country at large.
