Eid- fitri: Purity, Closeness to Allah should not be a month affair in a year, Prince Bankole

Purity and closeness to God should not be once in a month yearly event.

This statement was made by a leading Candidate for onipokia stool, Prince Akeem Bankole Oyewole Oyelegbin Otenibotemole of iwaye Dodo Ruling house of ipokia in Ipokia local Government area of Ogun state. 

Prince Bankole made this statement during the special iftar he organized for the Muslim faithfuls in the ancient town. 

He admonished the Muslim faithfuls to always strive to do good always, be truthful and shun any form of dishonesty. 

He said at present all patriotic sons and daughters of ipokia community should continue to commune with God to give the town the much peace and progress it richly desires. 

He said " the darkest part of the night is near the dawn" and " after darkness will be an everlasting light.He expressed his hope that the judiciary will right the wrong in a way every one will be pleased. He congratulate the Muslims for the grace of Ramadan 2021and wish them many more in good health and progress.
