FUNAAB VC Felicitates With Muslim Community, Calls for Unity

The Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Agriculture,

Abeokuta(FUNAAB) ,Prof. Felix Kolawole Salako  has felicitated with the institution's Muslim Community and faithfuls worldwide for witnessing the commencement of yet another holy month of Ramadan.

Prof.Salako in his Goodwill Message reiterated the significance of Ramadan as one of the five pillars of Islam, requesting Muslims in the University  to pray for unity ,peace, progress and development in FUNAAB, Ogun State, Nigeria and the world as a whole.

The Vice Chancellor who commended government's efforts at finding lasting solution to   the challenges of insecurity and  Covid-19 pandemic urge Muslims to use the opportunity provided by the holy month to pray fervently  for the restoration of normalcy in the health sector as well as peace and tranquility in troubled areas of the country.

The Vice Chancellor prayed God to have mercy on the prayers and devotions of His faithfuls during this holy month and beyond, and grant them divine enablement to witness more Ramadans on Earth.
