The Honourable State Minister of Petroleum Resources in Nigeria, Timipre Sylva has proved the falsehood of increase in Petroleum Motorist Spirit (P.M.S) wrong addressed that it was a rumour, therefore assured the Nigerians that the Fuel still sell between N162 to N165 per litre.
Sylva revealed to Nigerians that there is no iota of truth in the rumour posed that there would be increment of pump price in the Fuel until consultation have been made with the Nigeria Organised Labour.
The State Minister of Petroleum advised Nigerians to pay no attention to the news that the Federal Government has concluded to increase the Pump Price of P.M.S to N216 per litre.
Earlier, yesterday, the Caveat Times correspondent in Ogun State Capital, Abeokuta went round the City observed that some Filling Stations locked their gates to their Filling Stations with the hype that the Fuel would be increased.
Amazingly, at the time the report is been filled, a Filling Station at Grammar School near Government House, MRS Filling Station outrightly sell its Pump Price at N162 per litre
Howbeit, the State Minister for Petroleum, Sylva now urged the Nigerians not to frighten, that the Federal Government is working assudiously to put things straight in the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)
