Prince Akeem Oyewole Sues for peace over Onipokia Obaship tussle, receives investors




Following the continuous tussle of Onipokia of Ipokia, Ogun State, a Prince of  iwaye Dodo ruling house in  Ipokia, Omo Oba Akeem Bankole Oyewole Oyelegbin of Oteni bori ote mole family on Friday called on sons and daughters of the ancient town to remain calm and allow peace to reign in the town

Oyewole said this while addressing a mammoth crowd that paid a solidarity to him, saying he had an abiding faith in the judiciary as the last hope of common man. 

He said that no matter how long, truth would prevail at last. 

Speakers who spoke at the event, eulogised Oyewole and urged him to continue to be good to every one as he used to do.

They said all the ancestors of the land are behind him on the way to regain the stolen heritage, pledging to support him, even financially towards the legal representations at the court. 

The iwaye Dodo ruling house, it would be recalled had filed a Court case against the wrongful selection of the oba by the king makers who had gone ahead with the installation against court ruling.

 Similarly,  Prince Oyewole Oyelegbin called on ipokia sons and daughters to support him in moving the ancient town forward. 

He said this when he received in audience some foreign investors that had come to establish iron roofing manufacturing company in the town. 

Earlier the leader of the team, Mr Ferdinand Paqao said they are in town to solicit for support of every one for the smooth take off of the project, saying  when the project is completed, many sons and daughters of the town will be given employment.
