In a bid to compliment the effort of the State Government, Hon.Ayodeji Michael Shomide,the Chairman,Transition Committee Abeokuta South Local Government and his members have given relieved measures to Iporo Ake road and Ijaiye road today
The said roads have been hindering the free flow of vehicular movement within the Area of Iporo Ake down to Ijaiye for a very long time and the Council Chairman and his members have decided to ease the road and other roads in environs in order to make it motorable.
According to Hon Shomide,the road was said to be a bottleneck on the motorist to ply due to its deplorable state which has been affecting business activities in the area.
The Council Chairman and the members, having the hearts of their people have pledged to do more,for his administration is ready to bring more dividends of democracy down to the other grassroots.
However,one of the dwellers at Iporo Ake, Mr Adeniyi Adeyemi,commended the stride of Hon Shomide and his members for extending the kind gesture to them in palliating Iporo Ake and Ijaiye roads today.
