The Chairman Transition Committee Abeokuta South Local Government Ake, Hon. Ayodeji Michael Shomide and his Cabinets have expressed delights and appreciations to dwellers at the Council Area for their unfliching supports given to them to perform the conferred duties in the past One Year which was yesterday January 17, 2021.
Transition Committee at the local government expressed that despite the bout year, the surface of the novel virus termed COVID-19 pandemic; the Committee was able to touch the lives of the people at the Area. that its administration has carved for itself an image of efficiency, commitment, humility and good governance through quality service to the people.
Nevertheless, going by the feedback mechanisms from the dwellers at ASLG the Committee maintained that, it gladdens their heart that the steps taken so far ensured prompt and equitable delivery of dividends of democracy to the people.
Transition Chairman, Hon. Shomide reiterated that his leadership has been working closely with distinct ideas, ideals and vision of the intelligent Governor, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR.
Hon. Shomide affirmed that, the Committee's administration with the limited resources at his disposal has been able to impact positively on the good people of Abeokuta South Local Government.
In the same vein, the Council boss appreciated all the stakeholders within Abeokuta South Local Government for their supports in steering the wheels of the local government.
