Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Balofem Estate Properties in Ogun State, Dr. Balogun Femi Alani has expressed gratitude to the clients for the level play in Year 2024 while welcoming them to the Year 2025 promised sustainability to meet their needs with greatest potential deposited in this Year.

BALOFEM stated that,  though Year 2024 was filled with challenges and triumphs, outrightly said: "He is proud of how God has helped him to navigate them together with resilience, hard work and unwavering commitment".
