Immediate past Chairman in Obafemi-Owode Local Government, Ambassador Ogunsola Adesina 'Lanre FCPA has expressed his appreciation on behalf of dwellers of the Local Government Area to the State Governor, His Excellency, Prince Dapo ABIODUN FCA for the breakthrough harvest of 200-hectares of rice farmland in Magboro and re - construction Magboro - Makogi Road; all in Obafemi-Owode Local Government..
He appreciated further that the establishment of the Rice Farmland would create sufficient food, job creation and industrialisation for the residents and people of Ogun State
Amb. Ogunsola added that the recent benefits in the area of farming in the Local Government Areas would encourage the farmers and youths in the State to farming in all kinds and venturing into various Agricultures and would keep away famine in the land.
While pleading with the State Government as Oliver twist not to relent on her good oar; to continuing the support for the farmers by engaging them in using technology driven method to persuade youths into agriculture and its various, added that aliveness of this would necessitate the farmers in the Local Government Areas and State respectively to produce in abundance
" once again sir, thank you for this laudable Rice Farmland Project at Magboro and approval on the re-construction of Road Projects at Mabgoro- Makogi in Obafemi-Owode Local Government", Amb Ogunsola stated.
He further assured the people of more dividends of democracy in all ramifications, but they should exercise patience at this challenging period.
