OGUNMAKIN OBASHIP TUSSLE: LETS ALLOW PEACE TO REIGN IN OUR LAND, ORACLE HAS CHOSEN THE RIGHTFUL OLU OGUNMAKIN - REAL DESCENDANTS MENTION

The descendants of Ogunmakin in Obafemi-Owode Local Government have advised the other factional families that are contesting obaship in the town to give rooms for peace in the Land; that the Oracle has chosen the Olu Ogumakin for them that would ascend the throne of their forefathers and that is "Chief, Busari Ayinde Adeshile".

The reaction was made when the caveattimesonline Newspaper corespondent, Mr. Ibrahim Metilo visited the town in regard to have deep understanding and the reason of disputes in the lineage of Akinwunmi who later begat Ogunmakin, Ogunwemimo, Ogungbade and the likes. 

Contacting the Baale of Ogunmakin who is one of the biological descendants of Ogunmakin Township, Chief Jamiu Surakatu Ogunmakin confidently enunciated that Chief Busari Ayinde Olashile is the  biological great grand Son of third wife of Ogunmakin who migrated from Asipa Dekalu Compound in Owu Kingdom said the the aerial of the compound is opposite to Owu Palace, that he is identified by his chieftaincy title as "Bajikin of Olowu Kingdom". Further said that the public should disregard allegations that might have come out in any online newspaper/Radio that Chief Busari Ayinde Olashile is not qualified to ascend the thrown  of his forefather's stool.

 

Baale, Chief Ogunmakin affirmed that Ogunmakin Royal family has strongly refuted recent claims, disregarding the selection of Chief Busari Ayinde Olashile as the next Olu of Ogunmakin, urging the public to dismiss the allegations as baseless.

The Head of Ogunmakin Family, Chief Mrs. Oduwole Nee Ogunmakin spiced it all by adding realities to the matter that her great grand father settled down at Ogunmakin while they migrated from Oke Ago- Owu Compound however settled down in Ogunmakin Township for hunting while other children of Akinwunmi settled down in Ilepa. She shortly  confirmed that Chief Busari Ayinde Olashile is the next Olu of Ogunmakin for the Oracle has chosen him to ascend his forefather's throne, urged other family to allow peace to dominate the land.

In a telephone interview with Chief Busari Ayinde  Olashile, he explained with the correspondent of caveattimesonline newspaper that, he is not ready to listen to the noise of Market but focus on what he needs to do in the market, that he has already been chosen by the Oracle and real descendants of Ogunmakin family have all agreed.

Explained further on phone call that, "the processes started from the family itself where meeting was called for the Obaship and in the meeting i was sent for to come to the meeting those in the meeting are in the below attached paper that was duly signed by them.

"We were three in number contesting for the stool, two of us were available; one was represented and traditionally Oracle was consulted to choose amongst all and in the process, i heard our traditionalists that mine is "Ejiogbe" meanwhile, i dont know what that is meant for and after fourth day, i was called that it is me that the Oracle had chosen and that is all i could say". Chief Busari Ayinde Olashile nonetheless, àdvised the general public most especially in Ogunmakin town to disregard the allegations levelled against him, that there is know iota of truth in the matter that he was born in Ogunmakin, Obafemi-Owode Local Government in 1960 had his primary school therein.
