AMB. OGUNSOLA VISITS AGBOPA COMMUNITY , CHARGES TRADERS, RESIDENTS ON STRICT COMPLIANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION

 


The Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government, Amb. Ogunsola Adesina Lanre, FCPA on Wednesday 15th February, 2024 paid a working visits to Agbopa Community where he  inspected the activities of Butchers at the local government abattoir, charges them on the Compliance of Market Environmental Sanitation and all other health measures that are needed to observed as directed by government in carrying out their activities on a daily basis. 

He reiterated that his led administration will continue working and improve on the infrastructural development, with the approval of some requests made by the community, area office and Agbopa primary school.

Earlier, Mr. Sanu Micheal, Community Leader, appreciates the visits, as it came when their roads are been graded by the local government.

He further sought for the assistance of the local government in establishing a Market and Health Facility, in the community .

Similarly, an extension of Office as been requested by the officers at Newly Constructed Area office, which was put to use last year to be able to accommodate more personnel's,like Community officers, Environmental health officers and Rate Officers would be posted there.
Mr. Tinuosho Ebenezer Olukunle, Head Teacher, St Paul's Primary School, Agbopa appreciated the magnanimity of Amb. Ogunsola Adesina Lanre Led Administration for providing the school a new modern and national classroom building.

He however pleaded  with council boss to help in providing a modern convenience for the use of pupils and teachers at the school.

The Executive Chairman immediately directed the works department to submit necessary quotations towards the fulfilment of all requests before the end of his tenure.

On the entourage we have, Head of Local Government Administration, Mr. Fatai Ogundele, Supervisor for Special Duties, Hon. Adio Saula, Directors of Water and Environmental Sanitation, San. Ige Samuel and Works and Housing, Engr. Yusuf Oseni among others.
