BALOFEM BAGS ANOTHER AWARD FOR HIS CONTINUOUS SUPPORT IN THE ESTATE MANAGEMENT

Mr. Balogun Femi Alani, the Chief Executive  Officer of foremost real estate company in Abeokuta, Balofem Estate Properties, has been honoured with an Award today Tuesday, January 30, 2024 for his immense support by the Integrity Crusaders Estate Agents Association of Nigeria (ICESAAN), Egba Zone.

The Award presentation which took place at the Agents Site Lala Town, off Obada Oko road in Abeokuta Ogun State Nigeria was credited  to Mr. Balogun, CEO Balofem Properties owing to his numerous humanitarian services and immense contributions to the development project of the Association (ICESAAN).

Town Planner, Adebowale Joseph and Barrister Seyi Olu-Aladeyelu earlier spiced up the occasion by educating the Estate Managers present there -  on the way to channel their goals in achieving  uninterruptible success in their careers. According to Barrister Olu-Aladeyelu made it known to the Estate Managers to be effective in their activities later described factor that could portray efficiency in their callings and that is "Tenancy Agreement".

He said further that, Agreement is a contractual relationship of obligation between the owner and the tenants; therefore, urged Estate Managers at the auspicious occasion to ensure solid agreement with both Land Lords/Lanlady and Estate Managers and that must correlate with the extant Laws of Nigeria Constitution.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Balogun, CEO BALOFEM Properties who was represented by his Manager, Mr. Otunaya Adebola Oluwaseun was full of gratitude commended the organisers of the Award for recognising him in such a capacity.

CEO BALOFEEM PROPERTIES also noted that the Award is a call to do more in contributing his quota for the development of the ICESAAN and to the communities.
