ROAD CONSTRUCTION: AMB. OGUNSOLA TOGETHER WITH GOV ABIODUN INSPECT MOWE- OFADA ROAD

The Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government, Hon. Amb. Ogunsola Adesina Lanre, has commended His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR, CON, the Executive 

Governor, of Ogun State on the construction of Mowe-Ofada road.

Hon. Adesina gave the commendation while accompanying the Governor on an inspection tour of the project to ascertain the level and quality of work done so far. 

Speaking during the inspection tour, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR, CON promised to include Adesan road as part of roads to be considered, in Ofada Ward, he also approved the immediate commencement of palliative work on Orimerunmu road, while promising that Rehabilitation of Magboro - Makogi road will commence soon. 

Reacting to the promise made by the Governor, the Council boss appreciated the governor immensely for the laudable works which signifies a promise made and kept by His Excellency, but like oliver twist, he requested the governor should come to the aid of the Local Government with the construction and rehabilitation of Ojere-Oba road and Ibafo -Opeyemi road. "I appeal to our people to please bear with the state government as they have enormous challenges on their shoulder but will not leave all stones unturned"said the Chairman.

Other dignitaries who were also at the inspection site and lend their voices in thanking the Governor include Hon. Damilare Soneye, member of Ogun State House of Assembly, Engr. Adesina, Special Adviser on Public Works,  the Baales, Iyaloja of Mowe, Chief (Mrs) Anifa Odebiyi, party leaders and many others.
