OOLG:Amb. Ogunsola visits Orimerunmu/Okepa,Melegun,Pakuro, promises to embark on grading of roads in the communities

The Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government, Amb. Ogunsola Adesina Lanre yesterday visited communities in Pakuro, Melegun, Okepa, Orimerunmu and its environs to ascertain the deplorable states of roads and promised to embark on gradings as soon as rain subsides and to link up with the  state government for further intervention.

   

Amb.Ogunsola sought the people to cooperate with Government in making things actualized and further appeal to corporate organisations in that area to join hands with his Government in order to provide dividends of democracy to our people.

Council Boss said this while on roads and environmental inspection tour with Environmental Officers and Engineers of the local government .He charged the people of the area to remain supportive to the government in order to enjoy continuous benefits of democracy.

He further charged the community leaders,CDCs/CDAs to cooperate with Government officials in discharging their duties.

"I want to appeal to our people to stop indiscriminate dumping of refuse at any location that is ruled out by law enforcement.

We are law abiding people, so let cooperate with environmental officers in order to live in hygienic environment", said Amb. Ogunsola.

While appreciating the visits of the council boss, Elder Olufemi Samson Omoloso Chairman area CDC Pakuro and Mr.Jide Ige Chairman CDC  Orimerunmu expressed  satisfaction in the leadership style of Amb. Ogunsola led administration in obafemi owode local government, has he is a listening and observant leader, who has proved his love for the people in the council area beyond doubt. 

He prayed for continuous success in discharge of his policies.
