OOLG UPDATE: AMB. OGUNSOLA WARNS AGAINST ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD IN THE LG AREA

A call has gone out to all the local recycling hub in Obafemi Owode Local Government Area to be modest and obey all precautionary measures as regards environmental hazard in their various  business locations.

Ambassador Ogunsola Adesina Lanre, Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government gave the charge while on inspection visits to Gandse Limited Company, Abule Alhaji, Igbore. 


He charged the management of the company to prioritize the health of workers and the people living around the factory as a matter of necessity. He further appreciated its partnership in creating job for the youths within the area.

" I know your company is a newly establishment here in Igbore, which I believe in one way or the other has added to the growth and reduce  unemployment in Obafemi Owode,  but it is very important to let you know that health of our people is paramount to us as government", said council boss.
Chief Jamiu Animasaun, Baale Afojupa Nla, in his response, highlighted that the company specializes in recycling used tyres to black oil which could be used for other purposes.

 Therefore thanked Amb. Ogunsola Adesina led administration for ensuring his  support at securing a fertile land for business to strive.

He further pledged total compliance with every environmental hazard laws placed by government in and around the company's location.

In the entourage we have :The vice chairman,Hon. Olusesi Titus Babatunde, Special Adviser on road maintenance,Hon. Noah Sanitarian Ige Samuel, Director, Water and Environmental Sanitation.
