AMB. OGUNSOLA COMMISSIONS MOTORISED BOREHOLES AT AKIODE, FIDIWO, REDEMPTION CAMP TO MARK TWO YEARS IN OFFICE

Executive Chairman, Obafemi-Owode Local Government, Amb Ogunsola Lanre Adesina commissioned water projects at Akiode Village, Fidiwo and Loto in Redemption He urged the residents to always protect government facilities in their domains, to encourage the government to make provision for  additional ones. to mark 2 Years in office in Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area.

This was unveiled today Monday 7th August 2023 as part of the promises to reduce the stress experienced by those communities in getting water system and to commemorate the ceremony.
According to the Council Chairman, he expressed enthusiasm of the achieved developmental projects he added that, inspite of the paucity of funds; the Local Government were able to achieve some monumental projects while thanking His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun; the Governor of Ogun State for giving him the opportunity to serve the people at the grassroots and further thanked the Governor for supporting the  Local Government in the Area of road construction, road maintenance and other amenities which were ensured within the Local Government.
Amb. Ogunsola reiterated that the projects executed were in line with the promises made to the people of Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area; to deliver dividends of democracy at the grassroots and to make impact of governance to be felt by all in the LGA. He, however, urged the residents to always maintain and protect government facilities in their domains, to encourage the government to make provision for  additional ones.

Hon Abolaji Adeola, Deputy Leader of the Legislative Arm in  the LG from Ofada Ward 2 and Hon. Isaiah Olusoji Councilor Ward 11 in Ajebo appreciated Amb. Ogunsola Lanre Adesina led Administration for extending the gestures to the dwellers at the needed time which would cushion the adverse effects of getting water in the Area. And in the meantime, the Baale Akiode, Chief Sunday Taiwo and Mrs. Yemisi Amope narrated the ordeal the dwellers in Akiode went through for them to get water, nonetheless, appreciated Ogunsola led Administration for making this to happen at this time.
