The Chairman Ogun State Local Government Service Commission, Barrister Olivia Olubukunola Onabanjo fcpa formally commissioned the Onward Ogun Local Government Cooperative Office Building on Wednesday 12th, October 2022; commended the Leaders and Members of the cooperative Society for their excellent achievements.
Barrister Onabanjo noted that the outcome of developing the interest of the members of the society is very great. Speaking further at the event held at Wasimi Ake Abeokuta, that both the leaders and members should be actors in ensuring great developments.
She enjoined the members to remain committed to enhance the productivity of the Local Government Cooperative Society.
Earlier in his welcome address, the President Onward Ogun Local Government Cooperative Society, Mr. Ayodele Wasiu Quadri thankful for the cooperation of the members in the cause of achieving the edifice stressed that Onward Ogun LGA Staff CICS is the only unified Cooperative in Ogun State LG that provide top notch financial support to the members through standardized, streamlined, discipline and unbiased process.
Mr. Quadri therefore urged the members to be dedicated and continue their unfliching support said it had proven that with determination nothing could be a barrier to excel in what one sets to do.
The League President, Onward Ogun State Teachers Cooperative Society, Mr. Olamiji Sowunmi corroborated that it is not only the edifice of today that matters or the numbers of members but how the cooperative Society add value to the well-being of members. He however expressed his delight on the strides of Onward Ogun LG Cooperative, charge the Leaders to do more.
