The Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide (YCYW) , Ogun State Chapter has issued a stern warning to the impeached Deputy Speaker of the Ogun state House of Assembly, Hon Dare Kadiri to stop polluting the youth constituency of the state for his selfish interest.
The group gave this warning in response to a statement issued by an anonymous and unregistered group of people claiming to be youths who said they were in support of Hon Kadiri.
According to the Chairman of the group, Omoluwabi Sunday Adebowale, "Hon Kadiri has never displayed any culture or spirit of a Yoruba man through his speeches and actions "
"How can Hon Kadiri be vindicated when everyone knows the role he is playing in the current EFCC matter against the State House of Assembly"
"Since his impeachment as the Deputy Speaker, he has been running from pillar to pole in a bid to bring down the leadership of the house" Adebowale noted
The group cautioned him against using youths with unidentifiable names in heating up the polity.
"He should allow the House of Assembly under the leadership of Speaker Olakunle Oluomo to face the issues against the EFCC and stop brainwashing them youths in order to fulfil his personal and selfish ambition"
