Ogun Lawmaker, Hon. Osho Offers Free Holiday Classes For Constituents






No fewer than 1,000 young students in Remo local government area of Ogun State have benefited from the free tutorial classes organised by the member of Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. (Barr.) Solomon Osho through his "May-Five Foundation. 

May-Five Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded and finance by Hon. Osho representing the good people of Remo North state Constituency. 

The Lawmaker explained that the aim of the academic exercise was to keep the students busy and prevent them from engaging in antisocial behaviours.



This year's edition according to the organizer was held at Ode Remo High School, had in attendance over 1,000 students from across the 10 wards of the Constituency. 



The Foundation made available two school buses in conveying students daily from different towns to-and-fro the Centre every morning and afternoon.


At the end of the Four Weeks long programme, Hon. Osho organized a Prize Giving day on September 8th 2022, to appreciate & reward the outstanding students. 

All the first 3 outstanding students from JSS1-SS3 were all presented with gifts, which included Books, school bags, Mathematical sets amongst other prizes. 10 SSS3 students were also presented with Certificate of Scholarship to cover their WAEC/UTME examination registration. The Volunteer teachers were also not left out, as they also received Certificate of Appreciation/Participation. 

The presentations were done by the Founder himself and other guests which including the Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) for Remo North; Mrs Dora Efunshile and some School principals.
