LSK foundation has empowered no fewer than 40 people in ward 15, Abeokuta North local government in Ogun State.
The convener of the foundation, Prince Lekan Salako described the kind gesture as to support the micro businesses of people living in the local government.
According to Salako, "I really have intention to do more because I believe we also have a role to play to support the effort of our Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun in ensuring that people within the rural axis are not forgotten.
One of the beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the donor saying that they are very happy with the empowerment as it's going to go along way in their various businesses.
The beneficiary was in joyous mood during the presentation saying that it amazed them that someone can still remember to give back to his society without been in political office.
