SMA GREETS ALAKE DURING THE 35TH LISABI FESTIVAL

The Chairman Ajibola Progressives Foundation, Hon. Sulaimon Mujaid Ajibola (SMA) who is also an Aspirant into Ogun State House of Assembly in Obafemi-Owode State Constituency come '2023 has greeted the Alake and  Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Dr. Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo Okukenu iv for the grand finale of 35th celebration of Lisabi Day today.

Ajibola who defined the cultural celebration as a respect given to the formost warrior, Lisabi Agbogbo Akala who hailed from Itoku but later resided at Igbein, nevertheless rose up to fight and conquered the evil treat in Egbaland amidst that, he died and buried in a forest popularly known as Lisabi forest and till today, the forest has become a popular place where people come from far and wide to visit.

He narated that Lisabi  festival is usually an annual event in Egbaland to appreciate the heroic exploits, doggedness and liberty ensured by the great Warrior.

Hon. Ajibola, aspirant into Ogun State House of Assembly in Obafemi-Owode State Constituency prayed that, may the Lord/Allah continue to guide the visionary Oba, Oba Dr. Aremu Gbadebo to have glorious reign on the throne of his forefathers. He restated that, this year's Lisabi festival would be a resounding success to all.
