NNPP Requests NYSC Participation of Attorney General Olarewaju From NYSC DG

The NNPP has written petitions to the Director General of the National Youth Service Corp, Major General Shuaibu Ibrahim and the Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Kunle Oluomo, requesting for the confirmation of Clearance also seeking confirmation of the NYSC participation of the newly appointed Attorney General, Ogungbade Olarewaju.

The petition which is signed by the state chairman of NNPP, Comrade Oginni Olaposi , was titled "Request for the Confirmation of Clearance- OGUNGBADE OLUWASINA Olanrewaju NYSC Lagos State-Male (Batch 2001/2002)"

The letter reads, "The above named Political Party, as an active player and stakeholder in Ogun State Political and Governmental Activities, is using this medium to request for the Confirmation of Clearance for the aforementioned who claimed to have served the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a Youth Corper (Batch 2001/2002)at Lagos Island Local Government with Primary Assignment at Ebun Olu Adegboruwa Law firm from 2001 to 27th of May 2002.

"We're requesting for this information on the strength of freedom of information bill as passed by the National Assembly and Assented by the President. Your quick action and response to this letter of request shall be highly appreciated doubt or otherwise on the status of the aforementioned."
