The Executive Chairman Abeokuta South Local Government Ake, Hon. Omolaja Ayodele Majekodunmi has today sympathised with the Ogun State Governor, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR on the death of his biological Father, Late (Dr.) Emmanuel Abiodun who died at the age of 89.
Hon. Majekodunmi in a condolence message described the death of the humble educationist as a great loss to not only the people of Ikenne Local Government but to the entire people in Ogun State.
The Council boss said “we are saddened by the passing of our great Father who brought humility and dignity to his family which has been a typical reflections on the live of our Governor, His Excellency, Prince Abiodun".
"Though his death is painful, we should also celebrate his achievements particularly in the area of disciplines where he set the pace by mentoring and inspiring many in the profession, using his educational inclination to impart others who are presently doing wonderfully well today.”
Hon. Majekodunmi however implored the family members of the deceased family particularly His Excellency, Prince Abiodun other children and grandchildren to accept his passing as the will of God and take solace in the fact that he fulfilled his assignment on earth and left lasting legacies which should be sustained.
