iJEBU ODE LG CHAIRMAN, EMILOLA-GAZAL, EXPRESSES CONDOLENCE ON THE PASSAGE OF GOVERNOR ABIODUN's DAD

The Executive Chairman, Ijebu Ode Local Government, Alhaji Babatunde Emilola-Gazal, has expressed condolence on the death of Pa Emmanuel Adesanya ABIODUN, the father of the Governor Ogun State, Prince Dapo ABIODUN, MFR, who passed on to the great beyond on Monday, 2nd August, 2021.

Alhaji Emilola-Gazal  described the death of late Pa ABIODUN, as shocking and painful, moreso, coming at a time, when his wise counsels are still very much needed in the development agenda of Ogun State, as envisioned by our dear governor, Prince Dapo ABIODUN.

"I express, on behalf of my family, government and the good people of Ijebu Ode Local Government, a heartfelt condolence to the Abiodun family of Iperu Remo, on the passage of their Patriarch, Dr. Emmanuel Adesanya ABIODUN, at the ripe age of 89. 

Our hearts go out to the entire family and, in particular, Gov. Dapo ABIODUN, and his siblings.

Baba's death, to us, is shocking and painful, coming at a time, when his wise counsels are mostly needed in the Ogun State Development Agenda.

However, death as an inevitable end, will surely come at a time that only God, the unquestionable and the all-knowing, knows. 

We, however, take solace in the fact that Baba's exit is worthy of celebration, as he lived a life worthy of emulation, laced with several indelible footprints and remarkable legacies," said the Chairman.

He therefore prayed the almighty God to grant the repose of Baba's soul, and grant his darling wife, Chief (Mrs.) Victoria ABIODUN; the Governor, Prince Dapo ABIODUN; Children; the Abiodun family;  and all those left behind, the fortitude to bear his glorious exit.
