SOUTHWEST PCRC MOURNS AFENIFERE SPOKESPERSON, MR YINKA ODUMAKIN ; CONSOLES HIS WIDOW, DR JOE OKEI - ODUMAKIN

The National Vice Chairman in charge of PCRC Southwest Geopolitical Zone, Alhaji Mogaji Ibrahim Olaniyan and other Southwest PCRC Management team members, received with disbelief, news of the death of Mr Yinka Odumakin, who until his death, the voice of Afenifere, a known Pan Yoruba Cultural Group. According to report and family source, Late Yinka Odumakin died this morning Saturday 3rd of April, 2021.

We are indeed saddened by this irreplaceable loss to his beloved wife and better half, Dr Joe Okei-Odumakin, the Odumakin family and the  Afenifere fold. Both the deceased and our own Dr Joe Oke - Odumakinbare role models in Nigeria, Africa and the World at large and it is our prayer that Almighty God grants the Widow the needed strength to bear the loss of her husband, friend and partner.  

Though death is inevitable, but the loss of someone who is more than just a husband but a confidant and dependable ally, definitely requires a deep strength from above to comprehend. 

We therefore beseech our dear Dr Joe to take solace in the word of God because the deceased came to this world and has lived a fulfilled life through numerous positive contributions that will forever be remembered.
