OGUNSOLA CHEERS OGUN GOVERNOR ON AMOTEKUN INAUGURATION

The Ogun State Command Police Community Relations (PCRC) Special Adviser, Hon. Ogunsola Lanrewaju Adesina has expressed his delight on the official inauguration of the Southwest Security Outfit Code named "Amotekun Corps" in the Gateway State by Ogun State Governor, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR.

The earsthwhile Scribe, OOLG noted that the development will no doubt, complement the untiring efforts of the Police and other Sister Security Agencies in the ongoing battle against activities of criminal elements in all areas of the State. 

According to Hon. Ogunsola, having this paramilitary outfit amongst the people in the various communities across the State would as well curb social vices and aid penetration of the hideouts of bad eggs who have been hiding in the forests and other hidden locations to launch criminal attacks on innocent citizens.

He further stated that the inauguration of the regional security outfit in Ogun State would be the panacea to boost security presence in some of the remote zones in the communities of Ogun State.

He thanked Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun for nipping in the bud, cases of kidnapping, banditry and armed robbery in the Gateway State, of which many remote dwellers have been victims at different points in recent times. 

Hon. Ogunsola, howbeit, beseeched the citizenry in the State to be on their feet to support the Administration of Prince Abiodun, Ogun State Governor by giving timely and reliable information to Security Agents, especially when they notice strange activities in their locality.
