A chairmanship aspirant, Abeokuta South Local government, Hon. Farouq Akintunde has been honored with award of excellence from infolite magazine.
The Award, according to the publisher of the magazine, Olamilekan Jaji was based on the good leadership of the chairmanship aspirant.
During the presentation of the award to Farouq, the organiser of the award maintained that the chairmamship aspirant deserved the award, saying that he has convinced the people that he is capable to serve the people at the grassroots level.
Meanwhile, the chairmanship aspirant while speaking with newsmen expressed pleasure for the recognition, saying that this will encourage him to do more in his good work.
He promised that if elected, he will ensure all inclusive government, assuring that he will complement the efforts of governor Abiodun at grassroots.
Farouq commended governor Dapo Abiodun's commitment towards taking the state to a greater height.
He said that governor Abiodun is a political leader to be reckoned with, adding that the people of the state are impressed by his great achievements so far.
