We are ready for Second Term Resumption, Says Compro VP



Following the reopening of all Primary, Secondary schools and Government Science and Technical Colleges in Ogun State as directed by the state Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.

Our reporter who monitored some schools in Abeokuta the state capital hinted that the wearing of facemask, use of infrared thermometer for temperature check, hands sanitiser, hand washing machine with soap and water were properly put in place.

In Comprehensive Academy, COMPRO, Lanfenwa, Abeokuta, the proprietor of the institution, Hon. Wale Bello said that his school will continue to ensure that they comply with the state government directives as to combat the spread of global pandemic.

On his parts, the Vice principal of the school, Asein Godwin revealed that the management of the school has made some important  preparations before  the resumption of the schools.

Godwin disclosed this to journalists during the visitation to the institution to monitor the level of compliance by the school.

He said that the students and their parents who were not putting on facemasks were asked to go back  home, saying that some came back with it while some didn't come back at all.

The vice principal submitted that the management has made some important  preparations before  the resumption of the schools such as provision of hand sanitizer, handwashing machine and thermometer which will help to prevent the students from the pandemic.

He added that they ensured that the students passed through the processes before allowing them to enter into  the school.
